Another great work day ending. Pick up the better half, loaded the bikes and went out for a cruise. Little by little she is going further and geting faster. This really is a great route to reaquint one self with a bike. Beautiful rid, plenty of room and a nice pace. I am really happy she has started to ride with me on a regular basis.

Good for the both of you. I am currently working on getting my wife to ride more. As it sits now we do one ride a week for about 15-20 miles, but on more or less flat ground and at a pace of 11-13 mph.

Working on that. So far she is not game and they are priced more than I can afford. But I am working on it LOL
I don't think my marriage would survive a tandem.
My own honey is miserable right now because she said she'd never ride again, then she started and decided she really likes it, then bruised her Achilles tendon in a freak laundry accident (no, really) and she can't ride right now.
After getting my wife on the bike and liking it, I love seeing threads where other happy couples are discovering the joys of riding together. Well done!

We usually ride the the platt river trail, the cherry creek trail, and the bear creek trail. We pick up the trail at 8th and Zuni.
Right on! We do part pf the Mary Carter and Santa Fe. Ii's been a bit since together we have been on The Cherry Creek. I bet she would enjoy Bear Creek if we did a quick stop at the beach. Make a day of it!
