Are you familiar with Velobase? If so, go there and do a search for Campagnolo levers and you should be able to get an idea of exactly what you have. As for the value, now that is a different kettle of fish since Vintage Bicycle (or component) Value is dependent on many things and I do not have the information needed to offer an appraisal. That said...
A rough guess would be in the $60 - $100 range and mostly because the hoods appear to be in great shape. The value of the levers, will, of course, depend also on condition. Any scratches or gouges will dramatically lower the value.
