Wheels are incredibly strong for what they are.

Hit them at the right angle and the car has a more expensive repair bill than you.

Hit them at the wrong angle and they fold up like paper.

Several year ago I slid into the side of a car front wheel first. I put a big $900 dent in their door. My wheel was fine. It still cost me $500 for their deductable though.

All I know is that whoever makes those wheels needs to use that **** in their ads. Normal or not, the pic is striking. (No pun intended.)

Hilarious! So much for 5mph (US) bumpers. Though i believe at the corners, it needs to withstand only 1.5mph while moving....maybe that explains it. Gamma 1 ; Yaris(?) 0

I wonder if they are ever going to hire a spokesperson for those wheels?

Non-traditional staging for a hot-or-not photo, but at least he left it in the big ring.

The wheel is actually pretty bent if you look close. I would have been amazed if they came out perfectly fine, but that didn't happen.
