Triomphe and Victory S3.
In the photo, the FD's are mis-matched with their respective RD's; Victory has the double-hinged seattube clamp, Triomphe has the single pivot.

Sweet find, Victory is one of my favorite groups. Perfect for a high performance, low cost build that wont break your heart if it get stolen/broken. Send me a PM if you ever decide to part with the gum hoods on those triomphe levers...
