Hello,

Do you have plans with dividing into months/periods when training and what training on bike, gym ?
I search a general division when to train force, endurance etc.

For example :

I looking tips how and what training on gym, bike for a competition sprint and endurance.
I would like to collect information and they to set, to have a general essay that and how to practice.
I plead for a help, I thank you.

P.S. Sorry for my bad english.

You may not know, but you are asking a lot. Coaches get paid to write such a training program.

If you need this level of detail, you should hire a coach.

If you don't have access to a coach, I would recommend you start reading - look online for topics about "cycling training periodization"

A few online results

https://www.bikeradar.com/fitness/art...routine-22232/
https://www.livestrong.com/article/13...tion-training/

If you really want to look into training methodology - I'd look to see if either "Theory and Methodology of Training - the key to Athletic performance" by Tudor O. Bompa and "Periodization Training For Sports" also by Bompa and Michael Carrera have been translated into Polish.

Gearing is the word you are looking for.

Have you tried contacting local clubs or your cycling federation? https://www.pzkol.pl/

So I tried, but nobody bequeaths. In Poland we do not have a typical club under bicycle torowe sport.
We have only 1 welodrom in Pruszków, there is a sprat of other concrete 30,40's and maybe and yet chief.

I live on a village, I do not have the training opportunity with a club/by semiprofessionals etc.

And in PZKol there are a greater "brothel" and poverty than could would be to expect. Connection is terrible run into debt.

Greetings.
