20 miles. 2/3 at tempo and then ran out of gas. Wasn't feeling it today I guess.
Took my time and soft pedaled home. I suppose after yesterday this should have been a recovery ride.

I am having lung issues like normal. My heart rate was seriously jacked with low power.
My LT is 158 and my race was 170 to 185.

My eating was fine both days. Lungs still feel like crap and as a result so does the rest of me.

30 minutes of soft-pedaling followed by ~45 minutes of stretching while watching The Wonder Twins and the ITT coverage. Jens gets style points for his finish.

1.5hrs of soft pedaling around the neighborhood just exploring and getting lost. Switched my garmin to map mode and just took random turns. Probably the most fun I've had in a while on a bike.

TSS = 35
NP = 95 W

Need to find a legit place that understand foot pain with new shoes. My shoes are fine I just need the right amount of valgus/varus/cleat position. Freaking foot pain is pissin me off, it comes and goes ugh!

3.5 hours on the TT bike with 40 minutes total of threshold work in the middle. legs really tired. that'll probably be my last hard ride before next weekend.

a bit over 4 hours. 8x3 min vo2max intervals at the very beginning of he ride (after 40 minute z2). all hovering in the 6.3-6.4 w/kg range except the last one which was bad. Power dropped to 10 watts over threshold...

finished out the ride with some z1/z2. This is my biggest week in a long time, and i still have another 4 hours planned for tomorrow.

Somewhere between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. I didn't use any electronic crap today and even wore my very first kit that I bought in Italy in 2011. It was a bit tight, but always was, so it's nice to see that I haven't gained any weight I guess, but I grew a lot so still skinny anyway, I did FB's openers but forgot to read it and all I remembered was the 4x15s sprints, and took 1min rests. Race tomorrow!

2.5hr ride with some friends, mostly very casual(Z2/3)\

Adjusted my FTP to 300 so that it reads more correct values, will probably run the actual test tomorrow and shoot for 310'ish for 20mins.

Missed the races this weekend, didn't feel like driving 4+ hours to race, rather spend time with my gf.

Cat'd up to 4...Planning on riding with the 4s for at least 2 yrs.

Don't have a target wattage. Do what you can do and then base the numbers off of that. If you 'shoot' for 310, you might naturally hit it when 320 was actually possible. 'Shoot' for the last 5 minutes to really, really hurt, and that'll be about right.

Good advice will do that instead! Thanks

I ran the test about a month ago and got 300W for 20mins, and I feel a lot better than the last time(stronger). I have a hard time not starting off too hard hehe.

Bikes: Race bike, training bike, go fast bike and a trainer slave.

Openers...Kinda...Took the race bike out with the new Boyd carbon clinchers (real nice riding btw) and once again the seat mast topper was up to it's old trick, saddle tilt! I've tried a couple things to cure the issue, but nothing seems to work so it's time for a replacement. Still ended up riding for 90min, but only got about a 3.5min threshold effort in. The rest was just endurance/tempo getting home.

For tomorrow's race I'll borrow the one off the training bike.

Legs felt pretty good though so we'll see how tomorrow goes...

Dude. You should try to get out of the 4's as soon as possible!

Once you have the points it means you're ready.

Did a 30km TT yesterday which I considered to be a training ride for VT State TT 40km in 3 weeks. Was a hair under target power but my seat loosened up and tilted down (good excuse right?). Still put down best CP43 for the season and in TT position for a climber I'm pretty happy.

I've got a long way to go in terms of fitness and technique. I think my power numbers are good I just have terrible recovery and consistency. There is no way I'll get enough points before next season either.

3 hours, trainer. Tis raining, and I can't let my cast get wet. Sigh.
