It was a great weekend, weather-wise. I am so freaking tired from 3 weeks of hard intervals that I had trouble properly enjoying it, but hey, after next Sunday I will relax a bit.

Looking forward to my ride tomorrow morning before work, mainly because it should be sub-50.
This may be the first time that I've had my knees and fingers covered since very early in the year. How exciting.
Also thx for all the bday replies in that other thread. I hadn't checked bf for a minute there.

First ride after a couple of weeks off the bike due to a pesky ankle twinge. I was just glad I didn't feel winded and slow; the foot was ok but I'm still going to get it checked out.

1 hour ez today - first ride back after the state champs 2 weeks ago. Felt weird but awesome and before long the legs were turning normally. Definitely feel like bricks though. Tomorrow'll be a couple hours but nothing too obsurd for the first week back

I'm going on 5 weeks with a total of about 5 hours on the bike total. The way my off bike workouts have gone makes me feel like I have been putting in 20+ hour weeks. Test ride on new rig today so we'll see.

4:45am: 45' of tempo w/Breaking Bad (the RV is now squished S3/E7)
lunch: ZCI™ 6x5x1 went really well. Last time I was around the 315W mark, but this time was 325, 320, 322, 320, 325, 338. I let up a bit for 2/3/4 because I thought my legs were setting me up for an ambush.
This likely puts my threshold up 10% in the last 12 weeks.
