using old cells up
With the probable prospect that money would be wasted on a new BMS making a pack from old cells, can an old 12s BMS be used----- for example as a 8s or 4s to make a pack from old cells.-----with the use for this pack being of a lower current, Or is a BMS needed when lower currents are required.
