Does anyone know of any good routines, or site that contain good routines, for the off-season of mountain biking.
Cardio work would be a bonus, but I really need is some bodyweight workouts. I don't want weights. I do lift, but I still prefer bodyweight workouts.
    So, can anyone help me?

    snowshoeing!

I have heard that snowshoeing is a great off season mtb workout, i have been snowshoeing in the past, but never really hard, however it really dose work your legs and is very much a cardio workout. id give it a look, you can get started for under $200 ... (if you live near snow)

    Off season conditioning

Any activity, that maintains some cardiovascular fitness and you enjoy will help. The idea is to forget about the bike for a while, to prevent burn out. This is a good time for wheight training, abdominals and legs.
