What ride tracking software do you use?
Do you use a road tracking software to log your workouts?
I have heard a lot about strava but I don't have a GPS -
right now I am using mapmyride.com and it is okay but not great...
anybody have their own templated excel spreadsheet or something?

I like "RidewithGPS". it works nice for mapping out your rides even if you dont have a GPS.

Strava and Golden Cheetah, and keep backups in the cloud at Garmin Connect for some reason.

Strava.
I like the fact that I can come home; switch on the computer and see where I went and how fast I was, things I'm not always aware of while riding.
Only cycling for 3 months now, it's great to see the progress.

main: Strava
backup: WKO+
doublebackup: Garmin Connect
tripleFunbackup: Golden Cheetah.
I think Strava does everything better primarily because it is web based. THe analysis portion of WKO+ is better but I don't often go into that much depth, and if I do I open it up and look at it then close it. It's not web based(unless you pay for TrainingPeaks) and I refuse to pay for cumbersome service. Strava is lightweight and web based, perfect for my use and tracking. I dont really care so much about the segments but I like the fact that I can see where my friends are riding.
Golden Cheetah for sh8ts and giggles. Garmin Connect as online storage backup.

It's basic but I've used mycyclinglog.com for years. Easy and free, with a few graphs to track progress.
