I bought some boneless/skinless pink salmon. How should I make it?
if i was you id put some butter on it salt and garlic and bgake it at 350 (please note i have never made it before)
Salt, pepper, dill, and cover with asiago cheese, bake at 425 is until the cheese is browning.
Alternatively, soak it in a marinade for 5 mins or so and grill (BBQ in California speak) it on a cedar plank bedded under dill.
3rd and best choice, paint it with German stone ground mustard and smoke it.

(trust me on this. it's a special marinade from NY that is hard to find outside of NY and the northeast. it became famous at the NY State Fair in Syracuse -where I grew up- and it is amazing. put it on steak, chicken, fish, anything.)
Step 2- wrap pieces of salmon in aluminum foil (i'm assuming you know how to properly do this)
Step 3- Grill for best results. bake in oven works too.
Rub with a little EVOO, sea salt and pepper, grill with a stem of dill on top, just before it is done, squeeze 1/2 a lemon over it. Easy peasy and it tastes so good.
edit: DON"T OVERCOOK IT. Nothing worse than that.

Clean your table before you start, you want to get all the grease and oil from your car repairs off of it before you get food near it.
