Bikes: Which one?

You should post this on brinin.org (bike rides in Indiana). It's a great site for all rides in and around Indiana.

Thanks for the suggestion, boots! I'll contact them and see if they'll list our event.

The tour is going to be an absolutely fantastic event, even though it is the inaugural event. The gorgeous fall scenery is second to none and even though it is in Illinois, we have some major hills in the Shawnee National Forest for riders to enjoy. There will be views of the Mississippi River, Cache River Wetlands, Horseshoe Lake Wildlife Conservation District, and a stop at the confluence of the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers in Cairo, IL. Mostly very low traffic backroads and friendly people await tour participants. We'll have full SAG support, maps with cue sheets, event bag with free goodies, event Tshirt, well marked routes and well stocked rest stops. We hope to see you all there!

He's not referring to the ride. :slap:

It's his tagline, from the Grateful Dead song, "Trucking."

My tagline follows:

Thanks gitarzan. It turns out I know Pegib. She is one of the organizers of the Tour de Shawnee and she was trying to figure out why someone thought it was a long and strange ride?!?

It turns out it was a fantastic ride! Hopefully you can get down here from Ohio next year and do this ride! www.tourdeshawnee.org

I may change my tagline to "He's free as the breeze, he's always at ease."
