Bikes and bladers and cars Oh My!
I'm considering getting into inline skating, lots of trails around here but they're bike trails so, I want some opinions, can bikes and blades get along?
How about blades and cars? How about the whole mix?
Am I considering a fool's errend here? Am I suicidal for considering getting into inline skating? Or maybe not? I'm all ears for any opionions, stories, and anecdotes here...
(I'm leaning towards the speedskating end of inline skating, that looks fun)

I say go for it! Rollerblading is great for cross training your cardio system. Plus it's just plain fun. I'm searching for a place close around here to do it. When I was in Pittsburgh I had great asphalt trails to blade on. All the trails I've found around here are crushed limestone (great for cycling on, but not so good for blading). Then again, I'd rather cycle the roads around here, then in the City of Pittsburgh. Nice country roads, and a lot less traffic. I'm not done exploring this place yet, so maybe I will still find a good blade spot.

The abundence of facilities here is very tempting. Lots of trails, places like Stanford where they hold rides, at least once a week, stuff like that around here. And hey I'm a ham radio geek too! Listening to Art Bell on my FT817 right now lol - I guess I should be slapping this vibroplex here on 40m but .... I'm not.
