I do. Got a set of profile century bars. Very comfortable, very useful for headwinds and a speed boost riding solo.

I have one on my flat-bar commuter... It gives my hands a break and increases my speed by 2mph. I won't go as far as saying mine are comfortable... Just a different possition. The biggest drawback is I end up looking over the top of my glasses.

Completely offtopic aerobars question:
Aerobars are useful for:
1: Increasing speed when far away from other riders (control issues)
2: Alternate hand positions for long rides
3: Bringing home take-out?
My aerobars seem to be perfectly spaced to let me hang the bags from the local Chinese place on them. Anyone else do this?
