Burley Runabout vs. Marin Point Reyes
Help!!
I live in NYC. I am in the market for a bike for the concrete jungle. I have narrowed it down to the Runabout and Point Reyes. I plan to mainly ride in the streets/bike paths and the occassional commute. Speed (dodging taxis), comfort (potholes) and weight (carrying it up and down subway entrances/exits) are considerations.
Any advice??

Either the Marin or Burley would be fine bikes. The Burley frame and fork are made in the U.S. if that makes a difference. But you are in NYC so get yourself a bike that wears it's NYC credo on it's sleeve (or downtube as the case may be). www.nycbikes.com. (No affiliation)
