Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

got my IRO wheels today

maillady dropped off a nice big box today with my IRO wheelsset today. ordered them last week and Tony said it would probably be a couple of weeks before they shipped, alas like 6 days later there they are. they look really nice, better than i expected and the build looks great, nice and true and tensioned up. i felt kinda bad going the budget route on this pinarello but these wheels look great. they're just the basics with aeroheads in plain old silver too.
can't wait to get the rest together and get some miles on em...

Nice wheelset. I've got many rides on my IRO hubs and am very happy still. I bet you'll be happy.

I got my IRO wheelset last week. They're for an old Trek 800 Sport that I converted to a single-speed. They're great so far.

i paid 186.00 or something like that. when i spoke to tony on the phone he did say that prices were going up a couple bucks due to the dollar but for under 200$ i'm totally pleased.
