Who wants to cycle Highwood Pass Fri June 03?
Like it says.
Weather permitting, I'll be leaving Longview AB earlyish Friday morning June 03 to cycle over the Highwood Pass to Kananaskis and on to Banff.
I'll do it alone, but there are probably many others doing this ride next week and it would be nice to have company. I'm a reasonably fit 61 and plan to pace myself more than usual given the 205 km goal for the day.
Any interest?

Sounds like an awesome ride. Good luck with it. I'm not sure if there is still snow on the roads thru the pass or not; I've heard conflicting reports. I'm hoping to get a run through before they open the roads for the season (June 15).

Thanks Bob, it should be a great ride. When I called the Kananaskis info line a few days ago they told me the roads were clear all the way.
