@rhm, you were right. You weren't in my barn on Saturday. And, as it turns out, neither was a Raleigh brake lever. Sorry.

Just need an outer chainring 130mm bcd

The bike I recently saved was converted to a fixed gear, the large ring is missing, it's a Sugino VP. EDIT: VL
Original ring was 52T but a 53T will do. I am guessing any 130mm BCD ring will fit - please correct me if I'm wrong.

Decent condition is OK, I don't need a museum piece but don't want one all hooked over either.

There's gotta be something less than $35 out there...

Have 1st and 2nd get D/A brakesets (would probably want ring and a little $), Modolo Speedy levers (no hoods), maybe a few rolls of yellow Benotto cellotape (have to check, it might be salvaged), goodness knows what else to trade.

Who's got an Araya tubular rim with this decal?

Mine measures 20mm wide. 32h preferred.

Have a handful to stuff to trade, LMK needs.

Can you post a pic of the hub shell you need? I've got a mismatched front/rear 1006 and 1253 (can't remember which is which right now). I might be able to help.

VeloBase shows 110 BCD for Sugino VP but lists a VP130 triple with a 130 BCD.

I've got a 130 BCD 53T Shimano chain ring with no ramps or pins that's in pretty decent shape. If that's the size you need I'd be happy to send it your way.

I measured distance between two pins at 76-ish mm and I believe that translates to 130mm BCD.

Odd, I'd have figured the triple would have the smaller BCD.

Regardless, I'm a taker, I'll PM you unless you beat me to it.

Thanks much,

Ron

UPDATE: looks like I have one lined up, thanks for the replies!

Yeah I found some nuovo tipo hubs (the ones with the round holes) that I am going to use in place of the record hubs.

ISO cheap old mtb crankset, universal mod 61 caliper

Building up a budget klunker and looking for a cheap mtb crankset. Preferably 170mm, removable rings, silver chainrings, five armed spider,

Also looking for a Universal mod 61 caliper. I need the longer of the two which I assume is the front. Possibly a cable straddle hanger. Doesn't need pads.

Bear trap style pedals also.

That's what I'm lacking right now. I actually need to post in the main forum. I'm so damn confused about the high flange Tipo hubs I'm not totally sure what I got or need.

If you post photos you will probably get a flood of info. From my research I have found that they have their own size for bearing races but the cones and axles are interchangeable with the contemporary record hubs. The dust caps are also a unique size.

Longshot: Anyone have any spare (or a pair in case I crack this one on reinstall) Ofmega dust caps?

Let me know what you want to trade, we're deep in summer and I've acquired a lot of stuff this year. How about a nice alloy REG bottle cage with clamps (black plastic lip)? Or whatever else... you tell me.

No caps or cage but need Nisi rims if I can see pics. Not sure where that dialogue is. Have HF Tipo hubs as well?

I'm having a rough past few days. I confused my '74 Mavic 700c Montlery clinchers + Shimano high-flange with my Nisi tubulars w/Campy high flange hubs. From a distance with my feeble eyes they looked the same. The Mavics are the nice 70s ones with textured braking surface.

Anyway, here are the Nisi Moncalieri tubulars w/Record hubs. Barn find, that's organic matter on the rim and buffs off with a towel as shown in the 3rd pic. Looks like pitting; not pitting. Haven't cleaned yet. Here's some hi-res pics.

Nisi - Campy - Album on Imgur

I'm rims- and wheelset-heavy right now.

I've got a stack of 8-10 orphans (Matrix, Wolber, Weinmann, etc.) I'm trying to pair up plus a few matching pairs of unlaced clinchers and tubulars

Plus several wheelsets, both Japanese/mixed (Shimano/Weinmann, Shimano/Mavic), and Italian/mixed (Nisi/Campy, Matrix/Campy, etc.)

Along with several hubsets (Campy, Atom, Maillard, Shimano, etc.) hanging around the shop right now. I've been trying to trade local for Campy bits and interesting framesets but so far nothing decent has come up.

I need a pulley wheel for a Simplex Criterium RD ? It looks the same as the Prestige wheel, well in the pictures anyway? I have lots of small parts or green paper with pictures of dead presidents on them.

I think I actually have a single cap like that but it is chrome. I'll check tonight. If it is plastic chrome you may be able to rub it off and have a black one to match

Make sure this is what you need - These are '80-'82ish. Yeah, they're used, but as long as you don't exert any sideways pressure on these Delrin parts, the teeth usually don't snap. Just in case, I'll toss in a spare. You can clean them up
