hi, i am starting a philadelphia area non profit bicycle racing league. i'm not really sure if league is the way to discribe it. what i'm trying to start is a group that helps support people to race thier bikes. i've found that to race your bike you need a lot of capital to start this, needing all the fancy bike gear and the fees to enter races and what not. this effectively eliminates a great percent of the population from racing. what my vision is is to have youth, teens and adults racing and using their bikes in a safe manner. anyone with a bike can race, and i'd like to have it set up so that the racers can get prizes, for incentive. if anyone is interested in helping me do this, please pm me, or even if anyone has done this before or has any advice. thanks a lot!
