Returning
Hi, I'm Burr
Going to be active again. I'm 76 (12-24-41) and retired in the Philippines.
I "try" to cycle 25 miles 3 times a week in a cemetery (no Traffic). I also lift 3 days a week (Kettlebells & Cable Machine)
I use to be very active here then got on the FB thing!!

So ... you are not returning to cycling, just to swamp-riding?
is that a really big cemetery or do you just do a lot of laps?
(I actually know of a cemetery in Mass. where I used to ride some---smooth roads, almost never traffic, varied terrain, great grooming .... but 25 miles would have been like 80 laps.)

used to walk at lunch thru a cemetery. some of it was kinda sad, like when kids would bring mementos such as a baseball & write notes to the deceased

I would imagine that cycling in the Philippines is either urban and very dangerous or rural and potentially suddenly pavement-free. I can see why a well-kept two-mile loop with no traffic would be ideal.
