wangaratta to bright

hey guys, andyone that lives in meblourne, or victoria, hav u ever done the railtrail between wangaratta and bright (spealling???). if so, wwat bike would be most suitable for a teenager to do it on, remembering it is a dirt road.

As I remember from tripping through the area with a quick inspection in August 2002, much, if not all of the railtrail you are talking about (around 50km) is in fact chipseal on the old railbed formation. A touring bike, a hybrid, an MTB (but perhaps less so a thin-tyre roadbike) should cope with it.
