Time to get tid of these tires?

Took my bike out of storage for a ride this coming weekend. Everything checked out ok, but the sidewalls have cracks all around. The tread section had no cracks at all but can I still run on these things or is it time to buy a new pair?

NEW ONES! and if you inflate those, don't inflate them to full only put like 50 or below in them, psi that is. If even that.
:edit: those things will blow out the sidewalls if filled up to a high psi.

Damn... look at the knobbies... barely used. Oh well, next time I should just keep the bike in my room.

Also, I don't know if it would work but if you deflated the tires and took them off the bike and hung them so that they didn't get any flat spots that might help as well.
