Brand new from North Texas
Hi all...
I'm new here and to cycling. I ride and live just South of Dallas in Waxahachie. I've been riding my new Trek 1000 for about 4 months and I'm so addicted already. Trying to find every organized ride in my area to meet new cycling buddies and gain experience. I finished my 1st 100K this past weekend in the Tour d'Italia in Italy, Texas. By reading and posting here, I'm hoping to gain more knowledge, become a stronger rider, and have fun! Luckily I have a great group of supportive veteran cyclists around that push me and never let me 'bag' on them.
See you around Texas!

Welcome to the forums. Congratulations on the metric century. I rode the Tour d' Italia a few years ago. Enjoyed it. Especially "Elvis".
