Suzue Pro-max SB measurements
To finish my new wheels before August (oddsandendos goes on vacation), I have to order spokes before my hubs arrive.
So who can tell me the flange spacing for front and rear Pro-max SB hubs? Are they the same as the Suzue Basics? (62.6 and 54.6, front and rear, respectively, according to spocalc.xls).
And the same for spoke hole diameter -- 2.4? Not that make a couple tenths of a millimeter matter, but...

I've always just used the measurements for Dura Ace 7600 high flange hubs and been just fine. When I've taken the dial calipers to the different Suzue's, I've found a +/- 1 mm difference here and there, but not enough to affect spoke length, even radial.
One note: I did find that they like the use of spoke head washers. You might consider those. The flanges aren't particularly thick so spoke heads get to flex a bit. Never broke a spoke on them, but extra wiggle in a build isn't good.

fwiw, my Pro Max wheel has no spoke washers. With thousands of miles of abuse and being hit by a car, it's been nothing but a trooper and I have had no problems. YMMV.
