Has anyone successfully ordered new helmet pads from Bell? I wrote to Bell Europe last week for replacement pads and still haven't recieved a reply. If you did get new pads from Bell, what was the process and was the customer service helpful? Thanks.

I'm not sure I can classify it as a total success, but I wrote to customer service (e-mail), they asked me which model I had (which I didn't know -- but sent them a picture of it), and they sent me 2 sets replacement pads (free). However: the mildly unsuccessful part is that they were not the exact same as the original pads; slightly different shapes. But they'll work. I'm a happy customer . . .

Gee, just went by an LBS that I have yet to buy anything from... asked about Giro pads, and they pulled out a box and said, take what you need. No charge.
I had money in my pocket, ready to buy a "pad set."
