wiggly fork.

i have a frame where the fork moves back and forth even though the handlebars and everything else on top stays in place. does anyone know what the deal is? and how i would go about fixing it?

bad headset adjustment. Do you know how to adjust bearing systems? if not then I would suggest getting a shop to do it. super quick and cheap.
