Chain tugs + Horiz. Dropouts

Does anyone have or know the link to a how to on modifying Chain tensioners to work with forward facing horizontal drop outs.....I remember reading it a little while ago but for the life of me cant find it.

I'll take a picture of mine when I get home. I used the star shaped ones and ground off the part keeping it in the axle slot.
