how much does it cost to turn a regular road bike to a fixed road bike...how much am i looking at ..thank you.

that's a tough question. sheldon has a bunch of good info here https://sheldonbrown.com/fixed-conversion.html , but at a guess, all you're going to need is a rear wheel and a cog, which should set you back about $120.
if your frame has vertical dropouts it gets trickier.
