Frankly I'm hoping (praying, begging, pleading) for a long pleasant fall with a short snowy winter with no slush and an early dry spring.

castiron, such negative vibes. I would really enjoy a good snowy winter this year. I'm tired of the half a55ed winter we've been having. Below zero temps are much easier to take with a bunch of snow. It's just that I have new skis to play with. I love snow, it's the cold I can't stand, for four weeks I'm miserable in MN, the 2 hot humid weeks in the summer and the 2 frigid below zero weeks in the winter, otherwise MN is one of the best, okay except for the taxes I pay, I'd be very happy living here.

I love hiding out in places people would usually go to in the summer, but they don't wanna walk through the snow and cold. it seems different in those places, kinda like you got it all to yourself. There's so many more peaceful places in the cold, snowy, winter.
