LBS; service and friendly go a long way
I discovered my favorite LBS yesterday. It isn't by any means the closest. In fact there's another location of the same bike store closer, but this one is just the best by far IMO. I've bought my BMX bike from them something around 5 years ago, and i bought my Bruiser from them as well. It seems like the people at this location are always more friendly. They are very good about answering questions and very good about going the extra distance to satisfy. All I have to say is mucho kudos to them.

I have an LBS just like that around here. Its the only one in my county, and one of the smallest in the state. But the service is awsome.
