Redundant Lock Question...but...

I know locks have been talked to death, but mine might be a touch different. Theft in Savannah GA is not a big deal at all, however I want to step up my bike one notch to simply make it look better and have to ideas.

At the moment I am using a master lock cable kinda thing. I still plan on that to lock up my wheels, but I am thinking about either doing a chain (purchased from Home Depot 9mm with Master Lock Padlock) or doing a u-lock. Either way most of it is for looks...suggestions?
