Scapel 900 SL

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on the Cannodale Jekyl SL 900. For example it's handling abilities, utilized for some x-country racing but mostly for riding in the moutains (as in Canmore Alberta) for fun. I would appreciate any type of feedback as I am thinking of purchasing a 2003 moderl.

thanks

tom

I have never ridden this bike, and I have heard both good and bad things about cannondales. Mostly good, though. One thing you might want to consider is that it comes with a Cannondale Headshok, which I beleive means that it has to be serviced at cannondale, and in most cases can't be done in your local shop. I might also be skeptical of the Cannondale discs, but then again i have never used them. Otherwise, I have had heard many good things about Cannondales in general. Just do some research first.

my brief opinion is that the jekyll design is very outdated and you can get a better component spec and sus design for the same price with just about any other bike brand

There is a better option ...
VINER - here is the importer - https://www.rlaenterprises.com/cycling/viner/index.html
Both MTB and Road.
These are FANTASTIC bikes, VERY WELL KNOWN in Europe.
