New spinner bike question

I bought a Johny G Pro spinner bike and really like it. Does anyone have a suggestion for a device I can attach that will measure watts and cadence? Something reasonably priced. Right now I'm using a heart rate monitor but would like a little more information on the workouts. One thing I noticed was the first workout I did was 30 minutes in length and I just watched TV. That time seemed to really drag but when I did a 70 minute workout using one of the Spinerval Areo base workouts the time went much faster.
Thanks

The watt measuring devices are around $900. You can buy a cyclometer that measures cadence. Check the Performance web site.
