No cycling website, but two touring photo pages. Here and here. I want to add more cycling pages but those with text will likely to be in French.
I use Frontpage but enter almost all code manually. I keep it as simple as possible so I don't need fancy code. I learned using an online html "dictionnary", by using frontpage code and simplify it as much as possible and checking the source code when I see something on another website that I want to do.

I don't have a specific biking webpage although I've been meaning to set one up. I have an album in my gallery where I put my cycling related pictures though and I post cycling stuff in my blog.
I'm more of a backend/network programmer than a front-end type of coder so I really kind of suck at designing graphical interfaces. I can implement a routing protocol but don't ask me to create anything that has widgets and buttons. And I definately don't do MS-Windows.

I have a website devoted to GPS & Bicycling.
The website provides maps, trail descriptions and uploadable GPS tracklogs for over 650 miles of bike trails in the Denver Metro area. There are also slide shows of pictures from the trails. It also has the normal links related to GPS & mapping.
My "site" actually consists of 3 separate sites because of size limitations. Two of them are on earthlink which provides a website "builder". The other site is on MSN which provides the slide show functionality for my pictures.

My site (in my signature) has a few bike pictures, and some Alternative Transportation advocacy products. It also has an Art Gallery with an impressive Alternative Transportation acrylic series by a local artist. Some cool bike art.

I use Mozilla composer for my page (sorry it's a boat page not a bike page) and I have NO trouble, no matter what browser or OS I use to view it. It's WYSIWYG and you really dont have to know HTML at all, unless you want to. Use something that codes to industry standards and all your friends with OSs other than Bill's will appreciate your efforts a great deal more .....'Cause they'll actually be able to see them
