Should I upgrade the hubs?

If there is too much weight combined with to much speed, would those factors be bad for a regular hub with some wear already? Thanks

Your question is pretty unclear, and "too much speed" isn't necessarily a problem for hubs... and you might tell us waht sort of hubs you have, how you expect them to be wearing out, what your rims are and whether they're worth rebuilding used rims with new hubs, etc.
But in the meantime I'll just say that it's generally not worth upgrading hubs, because that requires rebuilding the wheel. Unless you have awesome rims. But even in that case, as Bobby Lex said, don't replace the hubs until they're totally dead.
