Unless I'm jumping the gun, I think Badger needs immediate help on his accident.

Please check his last posts in "My weekend..." The authorities are trying to put the blame on him for this accident.

If Badger was legally at fault, that's one thing. But if this is a cyclist lynching, then I say, "Remember Carl's Jr.!" Cyclists all over would jump at the chance to cry out on this one!

Badger,

I know you are relieved! And for all reasonable purposes, you should be satisfied and go on about your business.

But what about the "fish that got away?" Did they find out who it was? Is it worth pursuing? Just thinking out loud.

Bottom line is, you were in the right (and you are all right.)

(I personally will have a nagging feeling of injustice until that dangerous motorist is brought to account.)
