Wow! This morning when i left for my ride it was 17 F outside. Right now it is 2:40 PM CDT and it is 70 F. Is that crazy or what? I am sweating right now as i type, and i have all the doors open in the office. Crazy weather here in Kansas. Supposed to be highs in the 20s in a few days.

Yeah crazy weather in the plains. It must be hard to plan for weather like that!
Here in Michigan we usually get some moderation from being downwind from the Great Lakes. Even so, I noticed the record low in early February was 19 below zero, while the record high was 68 above. That's a difference of almost 90 degrees in the records.

Temperture swings like that screws with your body’s ability to adapt. That fast of a temperature change up or down sucks.
Global warming at it's best.Temperature swings of outrageous proportions.

Welcome to denver.
Here it has nothing to do with global warming. Just the way it always has been.
Today's isn't quite as bad. 20F this morning and 63F currently. Hence the reason I have plenty of carrying capacity on my bike.
