Should be good if you have a ISIS bottom bracket.

If it's a TruVativ gigapipe BB it won't work - you need one of the 8-splined type for those - like this: https://www.parktool.com/products/det...5&item=BBT%2D8
The tool you show will work with most other cartridge BBs - both ISIS and square taper.

How new is your Havoc?
After looking at Norco's site, the new ones have these cranks and can only use this bottom bracket (not listed on the Norco spec page) which requires this BB tool.
If your Havoc isn't new, then no idea what was on the other years model.
If you have 20 little notches on the inside of the BB (closest to the spindle) then the tool you reference will work.

Length shouldn't be an issue.
Do you have the proper tools and are you comfortable with pulling the crank arm?

Concur - length shouldn't matter.

yep i took the crack arm off already. The "stem" peice in which the crank arm connects to (spendel is called) looks really long, a little longer than the one on the bottom bracket mtb-chop showed 2 posts up. Iam afraid that it will not be able to fit all the ways back to the notches. Is this true?

The one in your first post should fit - 95% sure.
I'd check a local shop to see if they have a BB like that tool cheaper than $17 - even if it's $20, you get it today and don't have to wait for some e-bay person to ship it to you and get back on the trails sooner.

How about this one. (I went ahead and bought it any ways, I hope it works) My nearest LBS is about a 4 hour ride away. So Iam trying to fix this myself, and with the help of you guys!
This is what I bought:
https://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1
Total of $20.00 US, after some convicing!

I'm assuming you are in Canada because you linked eBay through ebay.ca. Do you have an MEC nearby? Or you can order one, it's cheaper. They don't have the Park one on their website but this one is $10.50 CDN.

Guess it's too late though. Do you have grease for the BB?
