I've got two titanium plates that say the DC Pirates are plenty menacing

I wasn't exactly sure what I was going at with that analogy, and even though the Boppers are a pretty cool gang, I was pretty sure a challenge would be extended.

I know of a three-flat building for sale REALLY cheap. Tenants come with, payment after rent income is about $700/mo or so.


Seriously, if you make that much, you could buy some real estate and clean up pretty good.
