two a day workouts - same or different?
i can't really find a good answer on this. friel suggests two a day workouts are fine, however, he also stresses the need to be recovered in between workouts.
so, what would be best: do the same workout at night as in the morning? do a harder workout in the morning and a recovery ride at night?
i'm just not sure...

lighter in the morning, harder at night.
I dont know what is recomnede for two-a-days, but i fall apart if i do intervals in the morning and spinning at night. However, im fine the other way around.
but experiment

You get the same benefit from two shorter workouts as you would from one long one, IF you maintain the same level of intensity.
I would do a somewhat lighter workout in the morning, and do the harder workout in the evening, but do NOT work out right before bed.
