Comment on the rogues

Just wrote a lot of twaddle about the postings on this praising us over50's for what we are doing. Deleted it and just get down to the basics

DNVRFX Thankyou for starting this thread- its great to put a face and bike to a handle.

For the others that have not posted- Why not. As you can see from the postings- not all of us are 500 mile a week riders at 25MPH+. Not many of us have the latest bikes- but those that do, use them (Thank goodness) All we are- are riders. If you are just beginning- then let us know who you are- what sort of riding---etc.etc. etc. We are a nosy bunch and like to know who we are conversing with on the forum. And then if you are one of the regulars on the forum and haven't sent in your Bio- get it done quick so we can understand why you buy so many bikes on the spur of the moment (HINT HINT DG)

Once again thanks to DNVRFX and how are you going to top this one?

Stapfam.........very well said!! The more bios&pictures the better...and maybe even update it from time to time.

(I'm sure Dnvr has lots of spare time on his hands...Gallery will keep him out of mischief until his next generous project.)

Thanks.

I do hope that all 50+ folks will contribute.

It makes their contributions so much more meaningful.

How about it, those of you keeping your secrets to yourself. Or are you keeping a secret identity?

DG - watch out - I may steal your head-in-the-seatpost photo and post it with a made-up bio! Last chance.

sorry, it came through as a "mim" file which AOL seems incapable of handling.

Any chance that you could resend with the text in the body of the email, and the picture attached as a jpg file?

Thanks.

Okay, got 4 more files in. They all worked except DG's.

Seems some servers encode into mim automatically, even if sent as a jpg file. Stupid AOL has no way of decoding mim, although it is a standard format!

That's because DG's has to go through the screener at the County Corrections Office. (see: Arrested)

Dnvr, you'd better send a PM to PastorBob quickly (which reminds me, where's he been?). You're in BIG TROUBLE now. And you're going to need God's help.

Hey, Big Paulie! I live aways up north but I think you should go ahead and organize that CalCoast Ride. You nice cycling types could sneak right up to the slammer and bust Gary out! They'd never know what hit 'em. Prob'ly be glad to turn him over to you.

Never met the bloke but if you had Gary in your care for a day- I think he'll be out tomorrow
