Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

anyone in Boca Raton?

the mrs. and i are heading down to boca raton fla. for a few days on the beach and basically doing nothing. i've never been, but from what i can gather from the internets, the average age is 70, and shopping is the favorite past time.

there's a high probability that i will need a night out at some point, so if you're in the area holler back, kay?

Through no fault of my own, I spent a week in Delray Beach.

That town's dead. Dead dead dead.

I grew up in Boca, there ain't s*** to do unless if you have a car and alot of money. Biking around the city blows, the streets are super wide and you get headwind no matter where you go. My suggestion, if you have a car, go north to Delray Beach, ~7-8min. and get off on Atlantic ave. make a left on Swinton, eat a burger at Doc's and 1 block down is a bad mother f**kin bar lounge called Dada's; one of the few places where the oldies stay away from. During the day, take Atlantic ave. all the way east to A1A till you get to the beach and enjoy the view of fake tits while you sip a bloody mary at Luna Rosa.
