old aus shockie bike id

Hey everyone i'm new here and was hoping somene here could help me out
Couple of years ago i found an old bike on the tip, and i've slowly been fixing it up.My problem is i have no idea what it is. I've searched the web and haven't been able to find out anything about it. so i thort i'd try here.
The bike had no stickers or marking when i found it.The only things i can find are the serial number
MI031875 and the letters W.T.B under where the cranks go.

Some pics. seat and centre shock aren't original but rest is including paint scheme

I have the cranks and chain but am missing the wheels.
any help identifying it will be much appreciated
THANX

I seem to recall someone on ebayAu trying to pawn one of those off as a Redline. I like the 10" shock providing 3/4" of travel...

Thanks for that, Captain Obvious. If it had 2 shocks, it would weigh 100 pounds.
