how to mount panniers (nashbar)

Hi Folks.
I just got some Nashbar front and rears w/zero directions. Can anyone direct me to a good thread or site for an illustration on how to mount these things?

Thanks!

Yes, I do have racks. Should it be obvious where to clip and position things?

Can you post a picture of the side of the pannier that attaches to the rack so we can see exactly what you have?

My rack from Nashbar came with nothing. I just had to figure it out, fudge a few things, and eventually bolt it into my seatpost clamp. That said, it's very solid now.

Assuming the panniers have two hooks at the top and an elastic cord with a third hook at the bottom, then it would mount similar to this: https://www.arkel-od.com/tips/installing.asp?fl=1&site=
