NORBA Rocky Mountain Regional Championship Marathon Endurance Series
Introducing the 2006 NORBA Rocky Mountain Ultra Marathon Endurance Series. It is the NORBA Rocky Mountain Regional Marathon Endurance Series to determine the NORBA Regional Champions in the Marathon Discipline. This series will define mountain bike endurance racing and determine the toughest rider on dirt. This new Marathon Endurance series tests the stamina and consistency of the athletes throughout a six race series. Six venues from Colorado, Utah and Wyoming make up this prestigious Series, with each event bringing a unique flavor to the fast growing sport of endurance cycling. Covering the whole spectrum of endurance mountain bike racing, each race offers a unique challenge for the competitors. This Series will reward the riders who are the most versatile competitors over a wide range of endurance distances. Along with points and the regional championship at stake there will also be great cash prizes and awards for top finishers.
We are excited to present this Series to you, our participants and sponsors, look forward to taking the sport of endurance mountain bike racing to a new level of achievement and standard. Ladies and Gentlemen….. Start your engines!
