Hello from London!
Hi,
My name's Chris. I try and get out as often as possible to ride a great set of trails south of London, called The North Downs - loads of singletrack to be had which is what I'm into.
Recent trips have been to purpose built trails in Scotland called The 7 Stanes and similar riding in Wales (mostly Coed-y-Brenin) - excellent if you love swooping singletrack and technical stuff.
Biggest foreign trip was doing a 200 mile epic from Chamonix (France) to Zermatt (Switzerland) last year. Absolutely awesome - downhills so long that my hands seized up from the lactic acid build up in my forearms!
Next trip is to try and get across to the US (Colorado or Utah) or maybe Canada - not decided yet
Hopeing to meet lots of people on the forum
Cheers, Chris

I have seen a footpath marked on maps called "North Downs Way". Is this what you ride on? I will be visiting my daughter in SE London in July, and may be able to borrow her bike.
