lance armstrongs 7 weeks to performance book
hi, I have my first road race in march which is like 7 or 8 weeks away. I want to place or place in the top 10. I have been looking at the Lance Armstrong 7 weeks to performance book. I though of doing the advance one. Does it work? Have any of you tried it? Will it make me better?
