How to remove free wheel--Help!

I have a 1982 trek and I can't find a tool to remove the rear free wheel. I have looked at Park tools and can't see the right tool. Do I use 2 chain wrenches? See pictures below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Close up rear wheel.JPG

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

Is that a Malliard Helcomatic rear hub?

If it is, I've only ever worked on one. It requires a special tool and odd-ball replcement parts that few shops are likely to have. In other words, it's going to be a PITA. If you want a bike to use as opposed to keeping as an oddity, my advice would be to convert to a Shimano rear wheel.
