ok, so when you "zip up" to take the win, make sure you "adjust" your other parts so you don't get photographed looking like this !

It's a bit like the Kevin Bloody Wilson song about dropping a spud down your speedos to make your nob look bigger. You just have to make sure you drop it down the front not the back

Are those holes in his knicks just below the edge of his jersey?

As for the appendage, meh, much ado about nothing.

he's making a little smiley face, he must be happy about winning but he was in the hurt box so bad he couldn't show it on his face.

Ok guys, here's a question - I'm watching the TdF highlights on SBS and we've just had the bit where T-Mobile accelerated to catch the guys in front and pulled Landis up with them, which the commentators thought was not a good move.

However, given that they had been sitting in the peleton with Landis for some considerable time, do you reckon they knew he was running out of steam and did it on purpose with the express intention of breaking him?

yes? no? maybe?

I have it over Ed in one respect. I can cheat. I have secret weapons - Access to a collection of International Cycle Sports - every edition bar one or two from 1968-1984, plus almost every Winning Magazine (including the first few editions) from 83-95! Plus I know a shi t load of blokes who rode Giros or Sixes in the 70's and 80's.

Eds definitely the late 80's through the 1990's guru though.

I think one of the T-Mobile guys was attempting to tow Kloden back up to the guys that went off the front, and Rogers was in that group who's also a T-Mobile guy.

The arguement is that they should've worked to slow the pack down to give Rogers a chance to break away further, but T-Mobile is so screwed up, they don't know who their best GC contender is. At that stage Kloden and Landis didn't look like they were going anywhere, so they should've let Rogers go.

Personally though, I think the problem is T-Mobile won't let a non-German lead them, and even if Rogers proves to be a better GC contender. Rogers was probably hired along with Kloden to tow Ulrich up hills, but the prob is that Kloden and Rogers are too close in ability that one isn't clearly a better GC prospect than the other.

'Nuff about Flandis already, it was painful to watch the MJ going backwards yesterday regardless of the tool wearing it.

So, they are climbing the Col des Saissies, breakaway has 10 mins plus on the peleton.

And I am becoming quite a connoisseur of derrieres.

Its a suicidal break...ned might win the stage, but it won't be by much. He's only 'away' cos he's 8 mins down & the GC leaders let him go....Cadel would never be allowed off the front......wait for the last climb

He better bludy do something other than follow people in front of him in the GC sometime. You don;t win by following those in front of you the whole time.
