noisy Rear Derailleur
Whats up? I just got myself a Specialized Hardrock Sport DISC a few weeks ago and i love it. Since i just got it, i've only been riding streets but im definitely doing trails later on. It rides great but the RD (SRAM SX-4, 8-speed, mid cage) is super noisy when i take jumps. And by jumps i mean city stuff like steps, ramps, curbs. It sounds like the chain is coming off. Ive heard that alot people have the same problem.
What should i do? Get another SRAM like the SX-5 or better... or do you guys have a better DR that i should look at?
Thanks

What cierrecart said.
You're hearing 'chain slap', when the chain tension changes it hits the frame. To get rid of it - get a chainstay protector.
